Thanks for reply. What is solution for that? i am trying to compile source code of porting ucos on 8051 using keil uVision2.but while compiling it is giving. error as C51.exe Application error. But if i run simple program that are giving proper output.

Error is:The instruction at "0x0044ef97" referenced memory at "0x0000000".The memory could not be written. The error is in perticular file. I m able to find out that file.but i don't konw what to do next.
