    "Please help me in detail with the interfacing of the 89C51 with AT24C04."

    The AT24C04 is an Atmel chip - so just go to the Atmel website and type "AT24C04" into the search box.

    There is an application note there that tells you in detail how to interface it to an 8051.

    How much more do you need??
