program size in output window

Hi all,

If I succesfully compile code in uVision 3 the output window says:

linking...
Program Size: data=9508 const=9906 code=32440
".\RAM\Hello" - 0 Error(s), 0 Warning(s).

What is the progam size unity? Is it in bits, bytes, words or something else?

Is it for example:

Program Size: data=9508words const=9906words code=32440words

Does someone know?
