I am using uVision3 V3.30A (Target DLL: BIN/UL2ARM.DLL V1.14A) and ULINK USB-JTAG Interface Adapter. I have been working with silicon Rev.H5T without any problem until installed new revision of the silicon Rev. I31 on my target board. After first time flash was programmed the target board can not be accessible via JTAG any more. The target application is running, bat any attempt to connect via JTAG produce following result: When Erase: Error ADuC702X.FLX "Cant load flash Programming algorithm" "Cant Write to RAM for Flash Algorithm" When clicking on "Start Debug session" button the COM LED on the ULINK is ON and screen switched to the Debug mode, but when I try to "Reset" target the following message pop up: "Can not stop CPU". Is there any known issue with silicon Rev.I31 which may affect flash algorithm? Do I need new updated UL2ARM.DLL or there is new revision of uVision3 which will handle this problem?
We made several changes lately to the ULINK driver to adapt to the behaviour for current ADuC7000 devices.
I therefore recommend that you are using the current release MDK 3.03a
