Hi, I am getting an error from the Hex2Bix.exe tool. Error: Input image too big for output file size. Addr = 0x2000, len = 0x1. I have tried changing the -m parameter but nothing seems to make a difference. My understanding is the chipset has 16K of code space. Thanks for any help, br, -Randy
you should ask Cypress aobout this Hex2Bix is a Converter Tool from Cypress for their EZUsb Chips Thomas
I asked, "Do you mean hex2bin?" Randy Erman replied, "you are right, I meant Hex2Bix" Thomas Zepf said, "Hex2Bix is a Converter Tool from Cypress" So I still don't know if we're talking about hex2bix or hex2bin?! :-(
That is the great thing about the lack of sleep problems like this cause. One loses the capabilities of typing correctly. I am dealing with the Cypress Hex2Bix.exe tool. I was hoping there had been some experience with it on this forum as the cypress forum is not as active. Thank you all for the help. I am going to get myself a Cypress engineer on the line.
