C167CS with UART 16C550

Hello,

I'm using a PhyCore HSE with a C167CSL40M and an external UART 16C550.

I test my program with monitor, everything is ok.
When I load my program with flashtool I have a communication problem.

My communication doesn't send what I want.

Is it possible that somebody help me please.
