Getting Started Manual - Example program - Err "Can't load..."

I am new to this IDE

I am trying my first program and using the instructions in the "Getting Started" Keil document.

I am using the c8051F021 Cygnal MCU.

The simple program compiles correctly but when I try to start debug (simulator mode selected)
Load: "C:\\8051\\Try_1\Try_1"
Error ^ Can't open file.

What am I missing.
