startup file for MCP2103 for GNU compiler

Hi,

I am using example program 'Blinky' in GNU for MCB2100, since there is no example program in GNU for MCB2103. When I run 'Blinky', it is stuck at some infinite loop. Usually at address 0x00004C b 0x00004C.

Any clue?
