problems with ini

Hallo,

Can anybody help me. I had installed µVision 3 but the programm find no tools.ini . Why? Can I download it form other sides. Please help me as soon as possible.

I can program the ports but when I want to program the SSC µVision wants the tool.ini. When I program the ports µVision found the tool.ini.
