error 56: cant open file

Hello:

Here is my problem:
After I compile a file with no errors or warnings, I get this message when I try to debug it:

*** error 56: cant open file

I'm using uVision2 V2.40a
A month ago I had no problem doing that. But I didn't change the settings. So I don't know what can it be. Any suggestions?
