The Uv3 in CARM V2.40 Cannot debug C51 project! (maybe a BUG)

tool chain: KEIL C51 750
and I use Uv3 in CARM V2.40 compile the project for ADuC847.
When I try to Simulation Debug the project,
the Uv3 give the error of the memory cannot be read!

Is that uVision giving you an error, or Windows giving you an error?

ie, is uVision telling you that your embedded code is misbehaving, or is Windows telling you that uVision has crashed?

the windows give the error!
and uv3 is then closed by windows!

I change back to the previous version Uv3 everythings is OK,
and change to Uv3 in CARM V2.40 again,
the error back again!

any other bodies find the same problem?
