Sir, After installation of the license for the first time i was able to work with full version but due to computer hardware problem i replaced the computer with another one(with the same PC configuration & OS - absolutely no changes in the configuration) but used the same hard disk on which the license was installed for first time. It worked fine later i downloaded an updated version of CARM i.e CARM2.32a which i downloaded ,installed & then requested for the new license. Till i got the new license installed i was working with evaluation version temporarily, for a few weeks i was unable to install the license 'coz i was not working on the computer & that computer hardware also had problem. So i changed the hard disk to another computer of the same configuration & OS, later when i tried to install the newly obtained license (though recevied long back) i found that the CID was different. so i tried once again to get a new license but now the ERROR was displayed that i had registered the product on too many machines though i used the same hard disk from the beginning. Please help me how to come out this problem & get the license installed. It is very urgent that i get the full version working. Thanks in Advance Prasad
