Flash Loader for STR73X

I am trying to either:
1. compile a flash algorithm for STR730, or
2. get my hands on an STR73X.FLX file

So far I have tried 1, but cannot get rid of "Entry Point lies outside image" errors.

Can anybody help me with this?
