DM9000 Ethernet controler driver for TcpNet

Hi,

I am developing an application with a DM9000E (http://www.davicom.com.tw/eng/products/dm9000.htm) Ethernet controller. Is there someone here who has a driver already written for this controller which cooperates with KEIL TCP-IP stack (TcpNet)? On the little documentation and example driver I am not able to make a good driver.

I have already written functions for the read en write of de DM9000 registers. I work fine. Also my initialization seems to work (The auto negotiation work, the LED's go on and off; it is possible to read en write the MAC address).

My problem is the interfacing with the stack. It's me not clear with size I must use and more of that kind of stuff.

Anyone a good idea or source for me? Thank you for your attention.
(Sorry for my not so best English)
