Missing TARM.DLL

When I open a "Option for Target" dialog, I see that it needs a file "TARM" under dialog DLL on "Use ULINK ARM Debugger". But I do not find any TARM.DLL in c:\Keil\ARM\BIN directory.

Is this file necessary?

I am using Generic ARM7(Little Endian) as target device.

This is an uncritical error. Just peripheral dialogs are not there (and for generic devices there cannot be any).
