timer and rtx 51

hi,

i would utilize the rtx51 tyny for my project i have any problem whit utilization of rtx in order

1) when i write
os_wait(K_TM0,3,0) there are a wait for 3 timer tick but wat is a timer tick and how much is in millisecond a timer tick?

2) can i utilize the timer when i utilize the rxt 51?
