MCB900: LPC935 IAP entry point

Hi,

I'm using IAP. According to the LPC935 manual the entry point is 0FF03h. When I simulate this with the debugger this does not work. According to the disassembly window an entry point of 0FF00h should work. But it does not. I've had a look at the LPC_ISP_*.a51 files which use IAP calls too. There is a entry point of 0FF00h too, but not with the LPC935. I selected device P89LPC935 at my project. Any idea what can be wrong?

I've tried to ask this question to Keil technical support, but it was not possible because MCB900 does not have a serial number :-(

    But to make Staffan happy, let me rephrase:
    "a lot of Philips derivatives has had the entry point changed to start of IAP/ISP memory section +3 to avoid runaway programs starting the ISP/IAP"

    I seem to recall that the previous start of ISP/IAP (offset 0) now hold a ljmp 000.

  • Philips has not yet posted these for general consumption, but plan to do so in the near future. However Grant got it from them and posted it.

    but this is not what I'm looking for. This is the code located in 1E00h. I already had that one. I was looking for the one in the bootrom 0FF00h.

    The LPC935 user manual says to check carry for errors, but he checks F0!

    I thought you were implying that the LPC935 was one of these many derivatives. Just checking whether 'f003' was a typo or not.
