There is currently no PDF manual for the ARM tools. The manuals are available in the standard Windows Compiled Help file format (.CMH). When you install the product, these files are located in the \KEIL\ARM\HLP folder.

Will it be published as pdf at all?
I wonder if there is a utility converter that converts chm to pdf.

We are considering that, but it won't happen until we have all manuals at a certain level and all on-line.
