  • Have you read the uVision Getting Started Guide?

If you are using an ICE, or your board has on-chip debug, the support for interfacing to uVision will be provided by the ICE or Chip manuafacturer - so you'll need to read their documentation.

(The uVision Getting Started Guide is available on the 'Books' tab in the 'Project' Window; The 'Books' window is also available via the 'Help' menu; failing all that, search for GS51.PDF in your Keil folder)
