cant connect to serial port

hi,
i have installed the arm7 development tools, and i am using an arm AT91m63200 MC with an AT91EB63 Board. and i cant connect to my board using the serial port, cause i dont know where to specify the Com Port instead of using the default usb connection. can anyone help me ?
