LPC932A1 program error

hi,

I have Programmed a embedded webserver with LPC932A1 and CS8900AS, the Program Size: data=217.1 xdata=410 const=0 code=7414
but when I try to program the code into LPC932A1 through Keil EMP900 it out comes:

*** LPC900 EPM Programmer V1.20
Flash Erase Done: 8 sectors erased.
Flash Write Done: 0 bytes programmed.
Flash Verify Done: 0 bytes verified.
Write Config Bytes Done: 11 bytes programmed.
