Where is possible to download RTX51 Full User Manual?

    Did you not read the page that Keil support cited?

    It says,

    "...we are unable to offer the RTX51 manual for download, however we do have a PDF document that is a sample of the manual including several RTX51 functions..." (my emphasis)

    Isn't this exactly what you just described?

    As I said before, if you have a bona fide pre-sales enquiry, you should contact Keil Sales.
