Hello, I tried to make a ASM expression in a C-Sourcecode! And my compiler repleies some error messages, like the following! ...unknown pragma! line ignored! I have written it like this in my C-Code #pragma asm ....ASM Code #pragma endasm and also with big letters (ASM, ENDASM)! Are there any differences between the Compiler Versions in calling ASM-CODE Do anyone remember how you call ASM in the old version of the KeilCompiler! I hope so! Best regards DANIEL
Daniel, can you please cut back on the "shouting!!!!"? This is a professional discussion forum, not the yellow-press --- simple statements still end in a normal fullstop here. Thank you. As to the question itself: you got the compiler, so you must have the manual, too. So: read it. For a toolchain as excessively out of date as C51 version 3, odds are you'll find it yoursef long before anyone can recall something from memory that is so long ago.
Well! I understand! but what is than the purpose of a forum! There are many threads in which persons describe problems which are similar to the level of my problems! Do you reply to every person, they should read the manual? And if it sounds a little bit strange or ugly what i've written then sorry it depends on my english! Sorry if you feel incommonding! DANIEL Now i cut back on the "shouting"
The purpose of the forum is to discuss issues which are not already explained in the manual! http://www.keil.com/forum/ http://www.keil.com/forum/terms.asp "Do you reply to every person, they should read the manual?" When people ask questions that are directly answered in the manual or other resources, you will see that they very often do indeed get a "Read the Manual" reply!
