Will KEIL company updata GCC331.exe for keil IDE in future?

I wonder whether the KEIL company will updata the GCC331.exe(GNU compiler for keil) to the new version?

I find in the download page that the GCC331.exe has not been updata for a long time.

So I want to know GCC331.exe is the final version which the keil made for his IDE or not.
