What's the difference between "keil-bootloader-monitor start" and "Remove red boot-ju

I'm debugging programms with startkit kc-164.

At first,I compile and download the .h86 file to the ram in the µVision IDE through the com1 of pc,and press F5 on the keyboard.Thus I obtain the ideal result.

But, when I remove red boot-jumper ,press reset botton start,there are no response.

I'm puzzling about the difference.Who can help me??
