using Memtool: .hex - .h86

Hello!
I'm in trouble with the Memtool.It accepts
.hex files but µVision generates .H86 files.I'm not familiar with hex files,but I compared an example (.hex) with my (:H86) and it seems to be the same structure-please could somebody write if I'm right?Or how to generate a .hex file?
I don't want to try and loose my Controller.

    Hello Hannes,
    take a better look, Memtool accepts any file format: HEX, H86 and H66.
    Maybe you downloaded an older version? On Infineon web site there is more than one release, please look if you have downloaded version 3.26a from the main 16 bit microcontroller page.
    (Look at the zip file, not at the description...)
