Hello, i have got a problem with the new Version of uV2. It compiles without any notes and problems, allso the debug session starts without any toubles (load the programm to the uC). But when i start the program with "run" or "step", the conection is lost unexpectely. What is the problem here? (in the assembler view, we can see, that the programm runs until a MOVX comando) The same Program with the sam settings run with the old version of uV2 Please help C.M.

Are you sure that your target interface is compatible with this uVision version, and Win98? How are you connecting to your target? What is your target?
I don't think, that the Problem is in the Target! With V6.22 I've got the same options an it runs without any problems! The reason why I mean that the Win98 ist the Problem is, that the Program runs with V7 under Windows XP. The same Target!
"I don't think, that the Problem is in the Target!" I didn't say it was! I was talking about the interface between uVision and your target. How do you connect the debugger to your target? Is that connection supposed to work on Win98?
Hm, how can I see the conection between them? I have no idea.
