compiler error when NOAMAKE directive is specified

Using the C51 Ver 7.07, if the directive NOAMAKE is specifiy in the command line, I get an error from the compiler that state "unknown control"; BUT if I specify NOAM (abbreviation of the directive) it works fine... Any comments ?
