URGENT: help me to select ECB & tools for ARM7 based MCU..

I want to learn and get some hands on experience on ARM7 based MCUs during the next five days. I would appreciate if you could guide me selecting an evaluation board and the necessary tools. My background: hardware and software design. Embedded area:8088, 8032, 8051, Rabbit 2000. No experience with RTOS, or IDE.

    I have reviewed KEIL products and have discussed with their sales contact. I also downloaded their software.

    I am on my way to Barnes & Nobles to get the books you recommended.

    I already got the book 'Embedded System Design on a Shoestring' by Lewin Edwards from a friend.

    Given the choice of books, which one would you recommend me to start with?
