Plz, Can you recomend me the best book ever written about advanced technics to program with Keil C51 and A51 compiler?? So, wich is the "Bible" for Keil programming?? Thank you for your help!!
Dear Philip, Thank you for the advice!! You have right: the best references are written by the authors of the C51 compiler himself. But i want to learn about the untold tricks and secrets of C51 "Gurus", maybe included into a single book. About embedeed programming "style" and paterns, specific to Keil compiler. I know the books list, but i cannot choose the "best" book from the list. So again: Wich is the best book from the list, in your opinion? Wich book has changed your programming style forever? PS: I want to change my programming style to be more eficient and to be able to reuse the code.
This book I guess was my favorites: C and the 8051: Hardware, Modular Programming, and Multitasking
A great book about the C51 compiler is offered by Hitex UK at: http://www.hitex.co.uk/c51primer/c51primer.html Jon
To Philip Garman : Thank you Dear Philip, Your advice is verry important to me, i hope this is the "bible" i'm looking for... Splendid!! To Jon Ward : Thank you Dear Jon, I downloaded this superb book (it's free!!), and i'm verry happy: it look like a great book, even it's a little "old". Anyway, some topics are verry interesting and actual!! Thank you again Dear Jon !!
Hi Marcu Andy, I also want to get the book "C and the 8051 : Hardware, Modular Programming, and Multitasking". Would you can tell me address fo download it? Thank you.
Lisette, That book is not available for download, but sold by most large bookstores. The free book is available online at the hitex URL already given above. Phil
To Lisette de Valmy: Like Philip sayd, the book "C and the 8051.." can be purchased only from bookstores (or online, just follow the links in Keil books page) it cost about 110 US $. It's not verry expensive, considering the potential benefit: you can became a "Guru" in your company. The "C51 Primer", is the only book avaiable for free. Cheers!
