It's amazing how many posts recently show that many posters feel more appropriate to bother other people than simply read a few lines from the manual...There's evident lack of knowledge shown but I feel they just don't want to bother reading the manuals first...Still, there are a lot of questions of type "I need to make a device doing this and that. How can I do it? Is there a software available that solves my problem?" After designing (and learning on the way) embedded systems for over 20 years, I feel free to say that this is not the way to do things. If you want to play with those things you HAVE TO HAVE SOME BASIC KNOWLEDGE. There' a lot of books, Internet is full of different application notes, articles and information. Today it should be a lot easier to learn basic things by yourselves than say 10-15 years ago, when there was no Internet and (good) books were rare. Use this opportunity and educate yourself before posting ignorant questions on this forum. Everybody wants to help, but seeing people like Andy Neil, Jon Ward (just to mention some of them) answering the same basic questions over and over again...It's not fair using their knowledge and good will to help in such a way. Not to mention the fact that some questions were posted before, showing that the poster did not perform a simple search in this forum in case his problem was discussed before. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE POSTING !!! regards Dejan

Another aspect of this issue is the responses that in one form or another state "I do not like your suggestion, give me another" There are threads a mile long that look like this: post 1 problem x post 2 try y post 3 still problem x post umpteen do y pots umpteen+1 it works now If you already know better, why do you ask?
