Why post in this thread, where it has nothing to do with the foregoing discussion?
One common reason is that some programmers are poorly made and don't properly understand the Intel Hex file format. In particular, some poor implementations assume that the addresses in the Hex file must be in order - but the Intel Hex file format has no such requirement!
This has been discussed many times before - use the 'Search' facility!
