writing a dll for uVision2

Does anyone ever write a dll for uVision2 by using AGDI? If so, could you please give some idea how to get started?

    I found app note 154, together with the sample code to be very useful. It was a case of taking the sample code, stripping out the code specific to the application note, then adding in the functionality required for my application.
