I need an expert programer

I need help on reading 8bit from port0 on receiving int0 interrupt.Based on the received data i want to send some data on port0.

for this any one can help me programing ?
I am using atmel 89c52 Mcu

Your specification is a bit vague.
What do you actually have connected to PORT0?
What mechanism allows you to both read from it and also write to it?
