sending test text file to serial input port

hi all

has someone a uv2 function to send the content of a text file ( ex: C:\XXX.txt) to the SIN vtreg ?

    ok for this procedure, but i have a test file to send to the serial port coming from the hdd of my dev system.
    The size of this file is more than one megabyte and contains binary data!.
    So how can i make a script to send this data to the Sin port?.
    I can have the same problem the other way to collect results.
