GE_DRV_ERROR error on SerialWrite

I get GE_DRV_ERROR when I call SerialWrite.
The port is open, at least I got OK on the opening.
Hardware is probably OK (I load my program through that port, no problem)

Any help, please.

    A quick web search makes me think that you're using the GemCore library from GEMPLUS. Have you tried their tech support? This is just a general board for Keil tools, so you might get lucky and bump into a fellow GemCore user. But questions about the internals of their serial driver are perhaps better directed to GEMPLUS directly.
