I can't use COM1

I'm tryng to read/write from/to COM1 serial port, but i don't know how.
I programe in asembler

"COM1:" is the name used by Microsoft MS-DOS and Windows for the 1st asynchronous serial port on a PC - it has no meaning on an 8051!

For PC programming, you need to find another forum.

If you mean the 8051's on-chip UART, there are examples on this site and in the uVision Getting Started guide

I mean the MCB517AC Evaluation Board that has 2 serial port.
I can read/write fron serial interface 0 but I can't do it from the serial interface 1

My english is quite bad, sorry

You should download the Keil Evaluation tools. There is an example in the folder
Keil\C51\EXAMPLES\Infineon C517 that uses the 2nd serial interface of the 517 device.
