Error L252: Restricted version: Code must be above 4000H

Hi,

I am trying to install Mon51 using the install.bat file provided. I read through the app notes for mon51 configuration and accordingly tried setting the codestart value to 0 or some higher value, e.g. 5000H, 8000H. However it always fails giving me the error msg:
Error L252: Restricted version: Code must be above 4000H

I set the code to above 4000H but that doesn't work either. The INSTALL commands I tried were:
INSTALL 0 9F 0
INSTALL 0 9F 50

I also changed the interrupt vector offset according to the codestart value, but that doesn't work either.

I couldn't find any similar messages on this discussion forum or the knowledgebase. If anybody knows what the problem could be I would be really grateful.
