Embedded programs stored in FLASH memory run incorrectly. why?

I write a simple embedded program. It transmit data by CAN1 Interface.
I debug it using uVision2.When I download it into flash ,it work incorrectly.

The evalution board is mcb167 net.

    Hi!
    I have the MCB167-net board and have the same problem; I have tested the Start167.asm file and I think all is correct. The variables are correctly put in the memory. If I burn the monitor in Flash and I run the program, it works, but if I burn the program in Flash, it doesn't work. Does anybody know why?
