Check the Microtec, HP, and Tektronix sites. I once downloaded a copy which, IIRC, was a joint venture between Microtec and someone like HP or TEK. But beware: it was HUGE - several hundred pages! You could also look on the GNU sites And, of course, try your favourite Internet Search Engine!
