Keil MCB167-NET Board & Ethernet Controller 

In our project we are trying to connect the MCB167-NET board to Internet via Ethernet controller which is provided with the board.
In the Example programs you have given on program on Ethernet.It will help me a lot..But I am unable to understand it as there is no documentation is given.I am not even finding the required documentation  in any manual..Please help me out in this regard...and tell me what are the basic things i need to learn to implement this.I don't know much about ethernet also.
