I've just moved to a new PC and reinstalled my Keil tool suite. When I compile a program, windows displays a dialog 'Program requires MS-DOS mode, winRUN may not run well in MS-DOS mode etc'. As far as I can tell this installation is the same as my previous installation as is the PC hardware and Windows 98 setup. Any ideas what's broken? Windows 98 (SR2) uVison/51 v1.32 C-Compiler v5.20 (DLL 1.32a) regards TonyD
I think I may have fixed things. I downloaded chkdongle.exe from the keil/download section and ran it to check that the dongle was OK. Next time I ran uVision, compiler worked OK, so I guess the ChkDongle must have installed a (new?) dongle driver. But if anybody has any other idea's it may still be useful to list them here. TonyD
