EZ-USB FX

I read Chris Cheung's message. Maybe he faced the same trouble. I can not use Monitor software on EZ-USB FX. Cypress produces two kinds of boards: EZ-USB with AN21XX chip and
EZ-USB FX with CY7C646XX chip. I think Monitor is written on EZ-USB

How can I use Monitor 51 software on EZ-USB FX with CY7C646xx instead of earlier Anchor chip?
