Does anybody know a method to get Keil's technical support? I tried to get them by phone and I sent them messages - nothing works. But please don't explain me that I had to indicate my product serial number - I did it. Michael.
Sometimes you can wait answers some days :), but try to ask Microsoft about problems with Windows 98 ... :)
I had some problems with my hardware key installing C51 and them I asked for technical support. I receive in some days an answer. It's true that my broken key takes a while to return to me. After I had also other question and I always receive an answer.
Look at the answer - reply for the request of the missing data for the evaluation board MCB167-NET. Problem posted at sept. 19th 17.35u Data added to there web-site (app notes) Post mail to messageboard at 18.18u the same day. And the problem was solved in less than 1 hour ! If this is "NO TECH SUPPORT ?", then there exist no "TECH SUPPORT !" in any company. Best Regards,
I can only say that I have called twice and emailed my problem as well. I am now going to day three without an answer. On my second call I got someone, but all I got was a front-line guy that said "I passed your email on to someone else".
