Kernel aware debugging..

Hi All!

Recently, I have downloaded microvision 2. When I debug a program that uses RTX51.H, I get a message "RtxFull.dll not found".
On searching support files on Keil site, I understand that "This does not harm in anyway. Such a file would support kernel aware debugging. And would be available by end of 1999."
When I searched microvision download area , such a zip for rtxtiny was available. ( Though not a dll file directly.)
Does any one have RtxFull.dll ? Or is ant other method availble to do this kernel aware debuging?
And finally excuse me, By kernel aware debugging, what all debugging info I am expected to get?

Regards

Sushil
