I am looking for 8051 core based micro controller with two uarts. Seems like it does not exist. Please help
Look for Dallas Semiconductor's DS80C320, DS87C520, or Winbond's W77E58. They all have two Uarts.
Take a look at Infineons (former Siemens) C509 and C517A controller. http://www.infineon.com
Look at Phytec Homepage http://www.phytec.de For Dallas 320 Infineon 509/537/537 Rapid Development kits available.

"I am looking for 8051 core based micro controller with two uarts. Seems like it does not exist" Whatever makes you think that? As you can see from the replies so far, there are literally dozens! Try the parametric search in the Device Database: http://www.keil.com/dd/parm_search.asp Or try a Trisced E5 - and get a virtually unlimited number of UARTs: http://www.keil.com/forum/docs/thread1868.asp
Actually, the parametric search lists 73!!! 8051 devices with 2 UARTS. Jon
"Actually, the parametric search lists 73!!! 8051 devices with 2 UARTS." And that doesn't include the Triscend!
I hope this guy, Alzal Nawaz, is still around. After all, he start the threat three years ago! I hope his boss didn't fire him while he was waiting for the response.
I think that for the time, he got several good responses within 2-3 hours. (Dallas and Infineon). At that time, there weren't as many 8051 choices as there are today. It also shows that people do read all those old message threads. Jon
"It also shows that people do read all those old message threads." But why the heck do they reply to them? Stefan
