IP-XACT version transform

I'm trying to integrate a 3rd party IP to coresight system using socrates. However, the IP only provide IP-XACT 2014 version.

I realize that socrates only support IP-XACT 2009, Is there any method that we can transform IP-XACT 2014 to IP-XACT 2009?
