How can I upgrade Mali device driver?

Hi, I am Daisy.
I'm trying to upgrade Mali driver on my board.
Linux kernel : 3.0.15
Processor : exynos4210
Target Mali driver version: r3p0
I only replaced Mali driver in the kernel .
And I could get linux kernel image successfully. (Mali driver is built -in form.)
I turned on my board and saw all black screen.
I also checked memory address in config.h file.
I only saw booting screen then the screen was changed in black..
is there any other driver should I replace? such as gralloc driver...
I have a one more thing..
I want to use streamline for Mali profiling.
But I failed with linux kernel.2.6.25 and Gingerbread.
What version of linux kernel and Mali driver was verified for gpu profiling?
Or should I change something in my setting?
I am so ignorant about this.
Kindly let me know.
Thank you

Hi Daisy,
I'll let the tools team answer regarding requisite versions of the mali drivers for profiling with streamline, but I will mention that the mali drivers essentially come in a pair, with the kernel space modules (ump.ko mali.ko) forming one half, and the user space libraries (libMali.so, libEGL.so, libGLESv2.so etc) forming the other half. In order to use kernel space modules of version r3p0 you will also need to build r3p0 user space libraries to match, the source code for which are only provided to Mali licensees.
If you are not a Mali licensee and therefore do not have a copy of the Mali DDK, you will need to ask your silicon vendor to provide you with the r3p0 userspace binaries.
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris.
Thank you for your quick response.
As you mentioned about user space libraries, I will check it.
And I am still wondering about the best pair of environment for GPU profiling.
Thanks a lot again!
Daisy
