I installed linaro vivid with kernel version 4.6.3, on RPi3, but in order to compile some files I need to install linux headers, but can't seem to find the package
linux-headers-4.3.0-1-linaro-vexpress64

The Linux header files are dependent to your Linux distribution and release.
As we are short of your RPi3 release info, please take a look at https://www.linaro.org/downloads/, which contains all the possible Linaro kernel releases.
