Could anyone confirm if this really means the compiler is not crippled, i.e., no code size limitation, no optimization limitation, etc? And no need to upgrade to paid version for certain features?

A follow-up question -- at the link you provided, the license section indicates an "one year term license". Is this indefinitely renewable for free?
